HASHING

The Hash House Harriers, are a world wide family of social running clubs who describe themselves as A Drinking Club with a Running Problem!  The aim is not to win but merely to participate. Hashing consists of running, jogging or walking around various courses. It’s a fun way to keep fit and meet new people, as clubs are very sociable and the running is not competitive.

Jebel Hash organizes runs anywhere in Muscat or its surroundings. There are always 2 trails to follow – one for those wishing to walk and one a bit longer for the more energetic. A social gathering follows each run so be prepared.

Muscat Hash meets every Saturday evening, the timings varying with the changing times of dusk. There is a RO1 fee for each meeting; these are organized at various places around Muscat.
