  • We conduct a quick training course on how to use Omanaqari.com effectively.

  • We complete the paperwork of property sales agreement and title deed change of property ownership at the Ministry of Housing in Oman. The 3% Ministry charges to be paid as agreed by seller/buyer. We charge a flat fee of RO.100 per property for the administration work.

  • We complete the rental/lease agreement between tenant and the property owner at the Municipality. The Municipality charges to be paid as agreed by Tenant/Owner. We charge a flat fee of RO.100 per property for the administration work.

  • If you do not know the location of your plot of land, we can locate if a clear copy of the krooky is available. We charge RO.10 if the property is with in Muscat area.
